How Our System Works

• candidates e-mail or mail their resume to TekSource.
• we add new resumes to our confidential "active candidate" file.
• we compare candidate backgrounds with existing job requirements and new requests.
• when a good "match" occurs, we forward resumes to our clients.
• if interest is expressed, we arrange contact between clients and candidates.

Sorry, we can offer this service only if you:

• are a professional, have worked in the field of microelectronics or,
• have a B.S degree, out of college at least a year, and seek an entry level position in the microelectronics field.
• are a recent MS or PhD graduate, with thesis work in microelectronics.

Questions Frequently Asked by Candidates

What does TekSource charge the candidates for their services?

Our clients pay our fee; our services are free to candidates placed in full-time positions.

I don't see any jobs on your list matching my background; do you know of any others?

Yes; limited space does not allow listing of all of our current job listings. In addition, new positions are listed frequently. We suggest that you send or e-mail your resume for continuous comparison to existing and new openings.

Are there any geographical restrictions or preferences on your placements?

We accept candidates from all parts of the US and Canada. We place candidates throughout all regions of the US. We do not currently accept candidates from outside North America.

I don't want to relocate; will you list me in your "active candidate" file?

Yes, we will list you. You must know, however, inability to relocate severely limits job opportunities.

I am not a US Citizen; am I eligible for your placement?

Some of our client companies require US Citizenship for security clearance reasons; most do not. US citizenship is not required by TekSource.

I am non-degreed but have professional microelectronics industry experience; am I eligible?

Yes, many professional positions require either a degree or extensive experience.

I don't want my current employer to hear that I'm looking; is my file confidential?

Candidate files are kept strictly confidential. Most companies, however, require disclosure of the candidate name with the full resume. Contact information is not usually given to clients until they express an interest to interview specific candidates.

Will you search for a job for me?

We are unable to do a job search for each candidate. We encourage you utilize your "network" to target companies utilizing your area of expertise.

My company needs microelectronics professionals; can you help them?
