modest fee is lower than most competing recruiting firms and often results in a

Questions Frequently Asked by Client Companies
If the candidate I'm looking for is not in your "active candidate" file,
can you perform a search for the right individual?
Yes, we have developed numerous contacts in the microelectronics business; we work
through our extensive network.
Does TekSource work on a retainer basis as well as contingency fee basis?
Yes, we can apply the resources necessary to do dedicated and continuous searches.
My company plans to downsize, does TekSource do outsourcing?
We are not able to do extensive employee counselling or large scale resume
preparation, but have the ability to expose condensed candidate resumes to hundreds of
companies in the business.
Does TekSource place skilled hourly and/or technician level personnel?
We do not handle hourly personnel but will place non-degreed technicians.
We need a highly specialized "expert" to perform a specific task but don't
want to commit to a full time employee; do you refer technical consultants or temporary
employees?
We do not place consultants or administer temporary employees.
If you place a candidate with our company and the person quits or is terminated, will
you refund the placement fee?
If the employee quits or is terminated within 30 days, the placement fee is waived.
Do you require a written/signed contract?
We conform to the policy of our client. If there is no agreement however, we would
prefer written requests for candidate resumes and contact information.
Do you place executive-level (e.g. CEO, Director, President...) persons?
Yes, through our extensive industry networking we have the necessary high-level
contacts.
